Hi there
Not a good situation, and thanks for reporting it, something must be done
about it.
I suggest:
- You to lay a charge of indecent exposure.
- That will help towards the guy being dealt with by SAPS.
- A track record being set up of his wrong actions.
- Possibly Social, Mental or GSH services being taken up/engaged via
SAPS or community.
- Laying a charge will hopefully prevent someone else of being
targeted by him.
Vergil (OPS) - Kindly see if you can locate this guy, get his details,
and will take this matter up at the SAPS Joints meeting on Tuesday morning,
ok.
Anyone else that can report any such activities of this particularly guy
to let us know about it.
