Agree that laying charges is the way to go, least it reoccurs with possibly
worse effects. Is this the chap often hanging out in a trench-coat corner
LMR and Trill?

The following are the recorded incidents, you will note that there are
other cases were no charges were laid, equally there is quite certainly
under reporting.

Note that complainants and suspects names have been removed but can be
provided to SAPS and OPS

 INDECENT EXPOSURE OPS receive call regarding a Coloured male in his
forties masturbating outside their shop in a white BMW BPP 523 EC the
vehicle had already left when they arrived on scene. 12 Feb 2011 15:20
Lower Main Road  Alas, \our sex pest\" is back actively and openly
masturbating inside his car. The man (overweight coloured -probably in his
late forties- dresses in government official type apparel (beige clothing).
Drives a white BMW reg no BPP 523 EC.Please be vigilant and report this
man. 15 Feb 2011 10:00 Lower Main Road  SEXUAL ASSAULT While on patrol OPS
was stopped by complainant who had been assaulted by 1x male who exposed
himself to her and asked her repeatedly to touch him. The suspect was
apprehended but unfortunately she did not wish to open a case. 23 May 2011
12:50 Strubens Road  ATTEMPTED RAPE / ROBBERY Victim walked home from GSH
being followed in Scott Road by either a black or coloured, Afrikaans
speaking man in his early 30'ish who pushed her into a bushy area - she
thought to rape her. Her screaming resulted in a resident to switch on the
light and press the panic alarm. OPS / SAPS were there in minutes and
arrested the suspect. while running away. Her bag was returned and ID and
cards found in Eden Road the next day, only gold chain still missing. 9
July 2011 6:00 Scott Road  SEXUAL HARASSMENT - OPS received a complaint
from the security of Collingwood Place that there is a black male showing
himself to the ladies.  Suspect was taken to office and arrested by SAPS  9
Sept 2011 18:08  corner Anson and Collingwood Road  SEXUAL ARREST - The
complainant of Langa alerted OPS when she saw the suspect that raped her
SAPS was notified and the suspect from Observatory arrested 5 Oct 2011
Lower Main Road  ATTEMPTED RAPE - A call was received from a resident that
in a maroon Mercedes a lady is shouting for help. On OPS's arrival the car
drove away The lady  confirmed that the man tried to rape her the suspect
could not be found she was given Trauma Counselling. 27 Nov 2011 Milton?
INDECENT  EXPOSURE - Young lean man sporting braids wearing a gown or
overcoat exposed himself to a lady standing under overhanging willow trees
on the foot path where Harfleyvale hocky grounds start 17 Feb 07:30
