Perhaps I could also remind googlers of Teun Baartman's outgoing sppech as CPF Chair at the CPF AGM on 6 September 2011. Most of his speech was spent taking community members to task for their lack of active support for the CPF and ONW - surely not what one would expect from a member of a "cabal". He if fact pleaded for people to become more active and support the CPF ( and ONW).
We would welcome more information on what seems to be the deteriorating relationship between Obs and SAPS, and on the 'marginalisation' of Obs within the CPF. Could this be because our representatives are not "yes men" and are willing to ask awkward questions?
