Hi Rodi,

Thanks for reporting this, I heard it yesterday evening on the radio network
and met with the OPS Patrol van. We could not find any broken gates and
I didn't hear that it was an alley, what time did this happen?

On the ownership of the alley it appears private property but will send you
an e-mail with CMA Map to your e-mail address.
