Hi Jodi, I lived at 13 Roman road between 1995 and 2007. During that time, some concerned homeowners in Roman and Station roads contributed towards having the gate installed. As far as I'm aware, the servitude is council property, but we couldn't get anywhere with having it secured or cleaned.
