I have enquired via the SAPS Woodstock CID and confirmed that a reply will
be extended in due course concerning parameters of the investigation.
Re Cyclops, it was confirmed with SAPS, that for the past 4 years or so,
that the investigator of each serious crime incident, as requirements of
his investigation, has to visit and view for any Cyclops footage.  As we
already know, sadly, either there was no coverage, coverage too poor to
identify suspects or situations, or footage not sufficient to proceed to
Court with.
