Last time I checked Observatory isn't in the Middle East, yet it seems local
mosques are increasingly wailing like they think so.

This morning, again, Sunday 5:55 pm, I was woken by wailing from the mosque
located in Northern Obz, yet I live numerous blocks away.
During Ramadan I was even getting wake up calls in stereo! from a
complimentary mosque which I think is located over in Mowbray.

Is anyone else losing sleep or distrubed from this noise pollution?
And does anyone know if a mosque has special privelige over any other entity
that creates a noise disturbance, even if it is an auspicious time on their
calendar? Which I assume would be every few hours, 24 hours a day if they
continue having their way.

This said, I mean no disrespect specifically to Islam and of the Imans whose
vocal talents are invariably on par with the sound of a live cat being gutted.
I'd equally think as little of Celine Dion hopping on the PA to deprive me of
precious sleep...
