Melanie - this is not an offensive discussion. The Catholic and Anglican churches both had to stop "Bell Practice" and regular chiming as it was deemed noise pollution and something about forcing religion upon people, I agree that someone with a megaphone on top of a tower sending out prays is in the same category. The mosques were told not to use megaphones or sound systems as a solution to the "Religious Noice Polution".
