Rosemary, do you simply email [email protected] ? Do you have to do this on a particular date? In the past when I've tried to call my readings in, I've met with some difficulty because either I get referred to other numbers, and/or I am told that I am one or two days too early, or too late. Even more frustrating -- when I finally spoke with someone who was apparently in the know, they told me that the reading date changes every month, and that I had to take and call in the reading on a very specific day.
If I could simply email the readings in on/about the same date every month, that would be ideal!
