first and foremost PLEASE can you delete all the previous text when replying on a post? it makes it extremely difficult to read of there is the same info over and over again. One might miss something!! If you're replying in a thread, you know mos what it's about. Then, cell phone reception. We are in Cranko Road and reception is DISMAL in our home. VODOCAM. When friends with MTN visit, they have relatively good reception. But I would give the Vodacom reception 0,5 out of 10. Now and again I have the slightest inkling of reception, only to disappear again. If I go stand in the street I have perfect 3G. How does that work? I've thought perhaps it is our old thick walls, 100 years ago cell phone signals weren't around... but then again, why does MTN have perfect coverage? I will support any initiative to tackle Vodacom about this. It is indeed very unsafe in terms of security. What to do when the day comes that I need to make an emergency call and whoooops, no reception? What with finding USED INJECTION NEEDLES in the street across from our home who knows what tikkoppe hangs around, waiting to pounce for a few bucks. (that being said, can I please ask that the OBSID caravan comes to Cranko Road for a bit? There at the top of the road especially, as there are very strange individuals lurking day and night, quite chilling. I will do a new post regarding that) Thanks Jana
