Hi I'm a Vodacom employee and have recently moved to 62 Strubens Road.
I called our staff hotline and logged a call complaining about dropped calls, bad call quality and no 3G coverage. I have subsequently received an email stating that the lease of the Hartleyvale site has been signed and final approval will be taking place in the next two weeks. Let's hope this gets done sooner than later!
