I'm with ADT. I pay R330 per month. I own the alarm. I'm planning to move to Premier because we had an issue with ADT service over the holidays where they did not respond when our alarm went off - resulting in it going off for 3 hours. They have apologised but it's not good enough - could have been serious. They said they had too many alarm triggers that afternoon. I'm not sure if Premier will be any better but on principle I am moving. The quote they have given me is also around R330 p/m. Marion
