Hi Jonah, I'm in total support of reporting noise disturbances like this. We also have a small kid - but honestly I've felt this way even before her.
It's always slightly embarrassing being the one neighbour having to go ask people to turn the music down, but at the same time we do have a vibey nightlife in Lower Main Road and loud parties / revellers do have places they can safely go to to carry on their party. Noise makes a massive impact on a persons day to day and I think as a community we should be less embarrassed and more willing to speak out about it. Thanks for posting!
