Hi All Thanks for these replies. I'm happy to report that this hasn't really been an issue in the year since I posted the original message, except for one very loud party at the River Club a couple of months ago. Even then, it seemed that the weather conditions and wind conspired to make the noise much louder than it would have been. But I'm glad to know that there are steps we can take if it comes up again.
