Hi Mithila Where do you live? Are you renting or are you an owner? Are the people upstairs renting? Do you know who the landlord is? What times of the day are they playing music? Can you keep a time log of exactly when they are playing music, and then note down when you go and speak to them to ask them to turn it down, and what their response is. If you can do this for a couple of weeks then you are in a better position to make a complaint to the authorities. Let me know how it goes. Best wishes Carolyn Neville
