Hi Mithila Glad you having support from Obs stalwarts thus far. Carolyn's advice is a good way forward.
If noise persist, SAPS can be contacted to tone them down a few times. Note down your date/time when calling on them, and results etc. If ongoing, Metro Law Enforcement can be called, or asked via OBSID/OPS, to address them, else the local Obs Metro Law Enforcement Reservist to be contacted - they can issue fines etc. Also note date/time logs etc. I hope your matter is resolved peacefully and quickly.
