The spam wastes two resources, your network and your time.. By bouncing the
spams you save your time but you double the load on your network (and the
rest of the network). Mails marked as spam should ALWAYS be dropped rather
than bounced.. You should complain to your filtering service to fix 
this..

That being said, if we filter the spam with moderation this issue would also
go away for you ...
