I may think that OFBiz widgets compatibility is a very important point.
That's I think that declarative ajax framework would be of simplier
integration

I'm not sure about the other toolkits, but when I
looked around for some implementation ideas, I like
the fact that one of Dojo's precepts is to degrade
when not JS is turned off. This may be true of other
toolkits as well, but Dojo states it specifically.
