The problem with that solution is that I have to have my computer or me making a decision. Because I was getting 250MBytes an hour and my total domain is limited to 80MBytes then I have to "do something" every 15 mins. I need a solution which removes from the server before those limits are reached - when the mail arrives on the server is best. I have a simple but crude .procmailrc file processing my mail now.
It was taking three hours a day to do this deleting from the server before I got things sorted with the .procmailrc file. If I want out or slept for more than a hour I would loose mail as I would fill up my mail box. I had set up a rule in OE to delete these e-mails from the server but that only worked when I was connected but, as I have an ADSL connection, I was connected all the time except when I was pulling my computer to pieces.
