But with this volume of viruses I am getting someone out there has a serious
problem - if I had the real contact details of this person I would phone them
and suggest that they get their computer fixed - I suspect it is more than one
but a bounced message to their ISP may work.

Instead of ISP offering spam filtering on received mail they should FIRST
have a system where they phone someone who has been identified as having
a virus - their motivation is the saved bandwidth.
