Most will. My inspiron 8500 only has a nvidia 4200go and it works fine
in games like Quake 3m, HL2 and Doom (struggles in Quake 4 though)
while running on my 24in lcd as primary.

I recommend going to shops that have laptops to see and make sure the
resolution is ok for you. My 8500 runs at 1920x1200 and I use normal
fonts. Large fonts are annoying (especially when browsing).

If you go with the Dell (I have 3 of them and no complaints with any
8500, 700m and an old 7000) just wait for the best special. Usually
the double ram, $xxx off and free leather case. The right special
rolls around often enough.

Goes off to check if the 9400 is on the US site...
