I would have thought it was sort of obvious, but ... At least Crossbow and Indiana (and probably others) have provided bits that are shipped to at least one company's customers along with some guarantee of support. Those are billed as "preview" bits, as you say, but (at least for me) the line between what's "only preview" and what is accomplished fact is becoming blurrier and blurrier with time. If a project is integrating bits from other projects, producing installable media from those bits, and has a company providing support to end users, is that really something other than "publishing?" So, going back to your list, I'm confused.
