I don't think we had consensus. I think we had misunderstanding. :) Or

Just a commonly understood term to describe someone who puts back code. 
That came from Alan, but I agree with the use of the term.

Only if that committer wants to be a Member. Other than that, I think 
it's a Project decision about who gets the rights to put back.

I don't find the term common in user groups. Coordinator is more 
descriptive in this context.
