If you're not aware of MarTUX and Schillix, and not aware of IPS and the
distro constructor tools, I would say that you are not an appropriate
person to be putting forth a proposal that has political implementations
for the entire community.

This is kind of an absurd proposal, at least until someone with a bit more
of the "whole picture" in mind adopts and substantially clarifies it.
