But not all Contributers are Project Leaders.  Some are Project
Followers.  Irregardless, the distinction isn't a governance one,
but a "how do the web apps determine who can do what?".

I've been guilty of deep diving on this subject recently as
well :-), but to give us some hope of closure, we should realize
that we (OGB) are only one source of requirements out of many,
and we are the ones who need to focus on the roles that are
[or will be] defined by the [updated] constitution...

Neither of these are constitutional roles, and IMO are out of scope
for the OGB to define.

Yes, someone may need to define them, but that's not us.
