Well caught. In the simple model I've been envisioning, each of the top-level groups that the OGB directly approves would have a nominated contact point who the OGB would contact for information such as a quarterly activity report, and who the OGB would empower to actually perform the AddVotingRights() method and UseCommunityResources() methods. Apart from that, all the other roles discussion seems to me requirements gathering for the web system rather than governance discussion. S.
