Did I give the impression that I was speaking for the OGB?  If I did, I 
apologise - that was not my intent.  I (personally, speaking as an 
individual contributor - not by any authority of the OGB), thought this 
was best done by the advocacy community.

Reading back, yes - my wording was not the best... sorry

That's a side effect of having just merged the newly formed Advocacy 
Community from the pre-existing Marketing, Immigrants, & UG communities.
