If I remember correctly, WotC at one point objected to the use of a
d20 in a logo. (But since I wasn't involved at all in the project, I
may be misremembering.)
Technically an "icosahedron" is not a "d20" unless it has numbers on it, I
even think someone could get away with calling an OGL RPG product, product
line or compatability logo "Icosahedron System" as that phrase isn't a
tradmark of Wizards of the Coast.
