Or just saying: "I want it, so I'm taking it, and you can't stop me. It
should have been open, so I say it is." Pay attention to recent copyright
debates, and you'll see this attitude a lot, backed up by FAR flimsier
rationalizations than the OGL provides.

Or the one deciding just how much they choose to do pro bono, and how much
they want to do for pay. Or the one with an honest disagreement on what is
and is not derivative.
Please don't try to paint one side in this scenario as AUTOMATICALLY morally
superior to the other. Both sides are capable of abuse.
