I totally agree both sides are capable of abuse.  I just think 
that people don't equate closing off some open content as serious.
Maybe this is because there is no identifiable victim to sympathize 
with.  But having a few people stake off domain modifications of
open content as closed will kill the movement a lot faster than a 
few people being disgruntled or hesitant to do D20 stuff.
