I received the same ogf-d20-l message as Jason, I think: from J. Michael
Looney, mailed 10:30 a.m. on 6/30, titled same as this message. In fact, J.
Michael posted the same message to this list, in what I thought was a very
nice way of testing both the d20 list for activity and the populace for
NDAs.
Interestingly enough, though J. Michael clearly posted to both lists
simultaneously, I received them four hours apart (the d20 message first).
The OGF lists seem to be worse than average for delivering messages in a
strange order with strange timing. I see most replies before the original
messages, sometimes by an hour or more.
