I wasn't making a comparison between the two; I was responding to the
suggestion that there's no reason for a non-profit developer to use the
OGL. I skimmed enough of the online policy to get the gist of it when WOTC
made it available, and I think the OGL is much more attractive to any
development than a policy that could be revoked at any time.
