        Um, what?!?  

        People *have* created open games before.  The original OGF 
website mentioned two of them (FUDGE and Dominion Games), but didn't 
mention others that were released under actual viral licenses: 
like Circe and Lycadican.  Unfortunately, mention of the other 
open games has been removed from the OGF website as D20 comes 
closer to being realized.
