I hate to break this to you but... "having direct ties to" and being
overseen by are IMNSHO very different. Where are they "directly
contradicted"?
As for other statements, having seen the original OGL draft and the final
copy, if you don't believe the posititions expressed on this list shaped the
final draft then I have some great ocean-side property for you just down the
street from me.

In my opinion, A.01 and A.02 are factually correct. BUT they are directly
contradicted by the OGF website. Since the new page has gone up in August I
have been contacted by more than one "confused and misled" reader, to
"correct" these supposed errors.
