Since WotC owns the copyright in the OGL, can they somehow pull it out of
circulation so that no new games can be released under the license? If not,
then I don't see a problem. If so, then I think the OGF should look to
creating a license that is owned by the foundation. This hypothetical new
license may not work with d20, but the foundation is about open gaming, not
just d20.
