Yep.  Or moreso, anything labelled Product Identity *cannot* be OGC, even if 
it appears inside OGC.

Unless there's a line somehwere in the OGL, or a legal bit that we don't 
know about, "I guess so."

Sounds good--and don't forget that "Thrug" is also only "possibly" PI.


Of course, "what would the benefit of having something not be PI or OGC" 
comes up, and the only answer I can think of might be "less work."
