Ryan-
Thanks! Exactly what I was hoping for. Not only did I
want to use my notice for discussion on the list but I
hoped you would offer suggestions.
I included this part:
"> In addition, all material derived wholly from
> the D20 SRD and/or the Third Edition Dungeons and
> Dragons Player's Handbook, Dungeons Master's Guide
> and/or Monster Manual, all of which are published by
> Wizards of the Coast"
because the SRD wasnt done yet. I was trying to cover
all bases. I wasnt trying to indicate compatability
(nor do I think anyone would search legal mumbo jumbo
on the back page of a product to see if a product is
compatible with D&D.) However, based on your email I
will take it out (I am getting proofs tomorrow so I
can still get it out).
I guess I dont understand your next comment:
">> Any use of Open Game Content derived from this
work
>> requires the following copyright notice: "The
>> Crucible of Freya 2000, Clark Peterson and Bill
>> Webb, Necromancer Games, Inc."
> This is a violation of the OGL, because you're

So are you saying I should put this in, but just in a
different area? I'm sorry. Could you explain further.
Thanks again.
Clark
