But according to what Ryan is saying, Pyramid *can't* publish OGL or D20 content 
without
violating the licenses. It's a given. Or, to put it more accurately, the actions which 
Pyramid
(or any other general interest RPG magazine) would have ot take in order to use OGL or 
D20
material is exceptionally prohibitive -- in both time, money, and practicality -- to 
make it
possible.
