No, there are no charts. Here is XP in RQ: Whenever you
successfully use a skill in a stressful situation, you mark it's
checkbox on your character sheet. At the end of the adventure, make
an ordinary skill roll against all checked skills. If you fail, add
1d6 to the skill.
That's it.
There are problems with RQ's experience system, but complexity
is not one of them.
