 Problem is "legalese" is used for a reason; because the courts have
recognized specific terms to mean specific, precise things. Legalese allows
the courts to clearly understand specific wording, rather than relying on
numerous, and perhaps widely varying, interrpretations and speculation of
"intent" of a document written in "plain English."
