Yes I do agree that better wording is required. "Computer gaming software"
is never defined and therefore open to interpretation.

Does computer gaming software mean software, that in and of itself, is a
stand alone game or is it utility software for the role playing game market?
Or something else.

I'd rather not be the test case.
