bear in mind that WotC will be releasing the Maker Tools, for DM's, later
this year..perhaps after they establish the market for software tools, they
may relax the rules, but as tough as a market as software is, I expect they
would like to have the 'monopoly' on tools.. Just a thought from someone in
the software industry.
