Kal, that makes no sense. One is not exclusive of the
other.

There are good reasons for the PI clause (protection
of one's own IP material) that have nothing to do with
the desire to refer to the Monster Manual with
initials. Besides, as you pointed out, if the license
were to be released now as is the Monster Manual is
not designated as PI and could be refered to without
euphemisms.

It isnt "disingenuous". Thats the part that gets me
pissed. Quit making this into some "You are more MORAL
about Open Gaming than everyone else," because that is
bullshit.
