It also means that it's unlikely d20 and OGL licenses will ever be
revisited wrt software. As the current licenses are written, the
definition of "interactive game" is sufficiently vague that any CRPGs --
and even most utility software -- is specifically prohibited (I don't
want to open up the can of worms that was the discussion about why
again).
Off topic: I'm just hoping something can be arranged so that
Bioware/Black Isle can keep releasing games based on their great engine.
