Save for names of companies, and probably the work as a whole--which you
have to allow to be distributed with the work as a whole.  (i.e., someone
can take your free20 "Earth 1066 character sheet" and make a billion copies
of it, but if they add a spot for "sexual kills", they have to take the
"earth 1066" name off.)
