Yes, I believe there was, but it was not over the name, but the depiction of
an apple as a logo.
But I could be wrong, that was a while back.

Funny you should mention those two choices; wasn't there a suit in the
early 80's between Apple Computer and Apple Music, the Beatles' former
label?
