The rules would be easy enough to convert or adapt to d20 which was why I got the impression it had more to do with content.  I think Clark? or someone said they asked about licensing or purchasing SF for a d20 version but they were turned down, so how Wizards views these product lines seems unclear (other than they don't wanto to sell them or release them now).  That is why I speculate about content being the key to those properties.  If you use d20, the rules are the least important part. -Alex Silva
