Uhm...it proves the Open GAMING license and the D20 SYSTEM license are
designed for games, not works of fiction -- which is what the Ghelspad
Gazeteer is?
All of the S&S books have played the PI cards very close to their chest.
It should not be surprising that a book which is basically 100% PI not
be released under the D20 STL -- indeed, if your description is
accurate, it could not be so released, as it is less than 5% OGC.
