No argument there, it however is a work of fiction for d20 gamers.  I really 
can't see any one else wanting it.

Oh, you _could_ argue that the "Kingdon Stat Blocks" are game rules, or 
could be released as OGC, which would give it the 5% more or less (at a 
rough estement, I havn't counted lines to see).   However so much of even 
that would be PIed as to make it next to useless to another d20 designer.

Is it worth $8.95?   To a d20 designer?  No.  To your normal run of the mill 
DM?  Hell, yes.
