Certainly any "reasonable programmer" could edit, modify, or translate OGC
source code.

Here's my take on it... If you are marketing a french d20 ame, then
reasonably your target speaks french.  If you're marketing a computer game,
it's Not reasonable to assume your target is a programmer (though looking at
the makeup of this mail-list might give you that impression ;) ).

So, I'd say the "reasonable person" standard Can't be replaced with "the
person is a programmer" unless you're writing a technical reference (How to
program Cobol using Role-Playing)
